Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 2 weeks of the ordering date depending on stock. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you do not receive your order or you got the wrong order, please contact us!
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly. To request a return, you must contact customer service within 2 days of receiving your order for approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For size exchanges, customers are responsible for both return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
